What Does The Program Look Like

Year 1

  • 6 months of operational experience in branches or distribution centres.
  • 6 months in the trainee’s functional department.
Year 2

  • Two additional 6-month assignments in different disciplines to broaden knowledge.
  • Post-traineeship placement in a management role within the organization.
Your Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
  • Maximum of 2 years working experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, results-orientation and leadership potential.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

You can apply from 31 March up to and including 23 April 2025 for the program starting in September 2025:

  • Online application – cv and video pitch.
  • Online assessment.
  • In-house assessment in the Netherlands. Your travel will be reimbursed by BME.
Once selected you will receive the offer immediately and start in September.
