We are a team of highly skilled technicians focusing on supporting dealers around the world with diagnostic problems on trucks. Our biggest strength is the knowledge that we share collectively, teamwork is therefore one of our key assets. A day in our team is never identical, we develop new skills continuously & are ready to take on electromobility.

You will be working as an active member of management team, partnering closely with the Director TDS ensuring alignment in priorities and strategy. You will run the daily operational business of your team working closely with other team managers

We are moving towards a proactive quality driven team focusing on driving improvements with a self-steering team approach. As a people manager you will have the full responsibility for your team. You will have quality dialogues to achieve desired engagement levels and be responsible for communicating process changes & group communication within the team

You will work with a very diverse, multicultural team where customer focus is key, and collaboration is very important. The team handles a wide range of different tasks and supports both dealers, end customers and colleagues in the other teams in TDS.

We believe that best performance does comes from collaboration. Do you naturally enjoy working with people in a technical environment? We value your ability to interact with peers and colleagues enabling movement in an employee centric and result driven environment.
Do you enjoy staying in touch with end customer expectations through markets, surveys and direct communication? Having Truck business knowledge and understanding of customer and dealer business is valued but not a must.
