Client Details

This company of the pharmaceutical sector is seeking their new manager FP&A. It is in the south of Brussels that you will get the chance to evolve around 50 employees and be a part of a big family where you will flourish. Joining them is also joining an international company with thousands of employees all over the world.

Description


Manager FP&A - YOUR TASKS

  • Collaborate with and support Finance Business Partners in affiliates.
  • Coordinate planning processes with affiliates (Budget, Forecasts etc.).
  • Analyze sales and cost development.
  • Provide management with clear, objective financial and business insights to support the decision process.
  • Set up, expand and maintain reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements
  • Support month end closing activities
  • Work independently on controlling projects to initiate optimization measures within the scope of your area of responsibility
  • Develop, review and adapt internal control procedures (SOPs) together with affiliates.
  • Collaborate in and lead projects

  • You will get an attractive salary up to 85k depending on your experience and a full package

Manager FP&A - YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance any higher level being an asset
  • You can show a previous experience of at least 3 years
  • You speak French, English and Dutch
