Job purpose
- Responsible for all trade marketing activities (creation, development and follow up) in the Netherlands.
- Manage national and tailor made campaigns.
- Participate actively in the sales relation with key customers.
- Support intensely achievement of objectives in market share, sales and profitability.
Marketing tactics
- In line with the defined strategies and targets
- Create and manage promotions (sell in; sell out)
- Order and distribute POS materials, in some cases also develop tailor made materials.
- Work on loyalty campaigns or programs.
- Deliver support to the sales teams to promote Bridgestone products.
- Accountability for the budget.
- Define and coordinate national and local events
- Visit existing customers on a regular base in a defined area in order to sell and promote our products
- gather market information and communicate towards the management team
- attend sales meetings in order to discuss results and strategies
- communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- contact with sales desk & sales administration

Required capabilities & experience
Education: Bachelor degree
A first work experience in a commercial position preferably marketing related
Native Dutch, good knowledge of French & English
