Position Summary

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels

When will you start? end of July 2022

How long will it last? 6 months

The Market Intelligence team is part of the Communication Department, working for all the Nestlé marketing departments (Coffee, Infant Nutrition, Petcare, Confectionary, Waters) and supporting the Corporate sales and CDT teams.

Your Responsibilities

The objective of the internship is to support the Market Intelligence Team on specific projects and missions such as :
  • Lead desk-research projects on categories where Nestlé is active in Belgium
  • Gather and analyze data using internal and external sources, helping our teams to identify cross-category opportunities, drivers and barriers that would support our business in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Collaborate with external agencies (from briefing to delivery of results)
  • Organize presentations and workshops around Belgian Retail Environment for internal audiences
  • Create strategic one-pagers to support Brand Managers and Marketing Directors

What Will Make You Successful
  • Computer skills: good command of Powerpoint and Excel is a plus
  • Language: Being fluent in English is mandatory, French or Dutch is a plus
  • Good project management and organizational skills (planning, execute and meet commitments on-time)
  • Strong Business acumen is required for this internship as you will work as internal business partner with a cross-category view, transforming insights into strategic recommendations
  • Analytical skills
  • Curiosity and interest in trends, consumer & shopper understanding
  • Good presentation skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work in an autonomous way
  • Previous experiences in the FMCG world are a plus
