Doctena has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to support our growth ambitions in Belgium.

Your main responsibilities:

  • plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programmes, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, referral & co-marketing programmes, etc.
  • identify new inbound and outbound marketing activities that deliver a flow of qualified leads whilst monitoring ROI and optimising CAC
  • Account Based Marketing; research and develop effective value proposition and messaging for target accounts and verticals
  • analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape
  • expand our network of partners and resellers, including contract negotiations
  • develop, nurture, and manage relationships with strategic partners, notably providers of IT solutions and services to the Healthcare Industry
  • work with professional associations to promote our services
  • partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing for a B2B SaaS or technology business
  • Experience in partner management, a track record of influencing change across organisations
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Healthcare industry experience and network is considered an asset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English language. French is considered an additional asset.
