Optimydelivers an all-in-one and easily configurable social impact (SaaS) platform that enables companies to efficiently manage their grant making, sponsorship, volunteering and donation initiatives.

Your Mission

Optimy is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. The Marketing Manager will manage the international marketing team with a strong focus on driving demand and generating new leads in support of our revenue growth. In this role he/she will partner closely with regional sales leaders, SDRs, customer success team leads, PM and other department heads to deliver a steady flow of qualified sales leads and grow the sales pipeline through the execution of both push and pull marketing programs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the international marketing team.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of demand generation initiatives to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Leverage all available inbound and outbound marketing channels, including content syndication, events, emailing’s, webinars, SEM, PPC, ...
  • Strong focus on net new demand generation as well as account-based cross-sell initiatives (ABM)
  • Oversees the planning and execution of the SEO strategy and plan to drive inbound demand
  • Define, track and report on team OKR, including: MQLs vetted and qualified by sales, SQL deals generated, deals won, CPL, return-on-marketing investments and others.
  • Manage revenue operations, including the marketing & sales technology stack & processes.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience with CRM & MAP systems
  • 5 years of B2B campaign management & execution experience
  • Min. 2 years of team management experience in the B2B tech space
  • Ability to translate strategy into actions based on objectives
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data & process driven
  • Strong coaching skills, lead by example
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Prior HubSpot experience is a plus
  • A proven track record of exceeding MQL quotas
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology
  • Ability to function in a team as well as prioritization and independent
  • execution tasks
  • Openness to change and willing to learn and test new tactics
  • Prior digital marketing & Google Analytics experience is helpful
  • Commercial copywriting skills
