For our client situated in west Flanders and active in nutritional supplement such as vitamins and minerals and more, we are looking for a Marketing & Sales support.

In this position, you will support the Product & Marketing Manager Bariatric Nutrition and the Digital Manager in setting up offline and online marketing campaigns. Moreover, you will help maintain the product portfolio. You offer support to the Key account managers in the field. You will be involved in various aspects of marketing, product management and sales.

Duties:
  • Development of POS materials: you create and follow up briefings for new POS materials and ensure that everything is delivered to the printers on time.
  • You request translations, ensure approval of the materials
  • You monitor the stock of marketing materials and replenish where necessary
  • You will support sales in the participation in major bariatric congresses and coordinate material deliveries.
  • You will create banners for emailings, website and social media, for larger graphic assignments you will be in contact with a graphic designer.
  • You customize content according to the chosen medium (FB, blogs, mailings) and in different languages. You ensure timely updates of the product sites & webshop.
  • You can set up email campaigns to our customers
  • Gather all necessary data to analyze the success of the marketing campaigns
  • You help with product management, including stock follow-up of sample boxes
  • You support market research and make competitive analyses
  • You provide support to the Key accounts and are responsible for the visit reports and follow-up of the reports
  • You coordinate the marketing materials with the Key account managers and ensure a transparent and adequate follow-up
  • You support the preparation of the sales meetings (presentations, salesbooks).
  • You present the data from the various systems in a structured way and formulate actions if necessary.
  • You are in close contact with Customer Service where teamwork is key.
  • You report to the Product & Marketing Manager Bariatric Nutrition.

Profiel

  • You are commercially minded and solution oriented
  • You are hands-on
  • You work accurately
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.
  • You can work fluently with Excel and PowerPoint
  • A basic knowledge of Photoshop / canva is a plus
  • You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and are a team player
  • You have a master’s degree in economics and have knowledge of marketing through studies or initial work experience
  • You have an interest in micronutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
