Marketing Supervisor - Food Retail Chain

Because our business is growing fast-paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our head offices that provide support to all restaurants.

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Supervisor will be in charge of the following tasks:

• You are the lead on the entire Convenience Platform including Delivery platform ( for Takeaway, Deliveroo , Uber eats, Hello ugo)
• Provide support for new launches / removals ( in the national languages ( copy check , menu integration , …)
• Provide copy’s (in the national languages) for all new campaigns
• New restaurant openings (Point of Purchase material , social assets in national languages)
• Coordinate and align with all 3 PO’s & you look after the campaigning (for conversion & awareness) in collaboration with the media and the creative agency.
• You will be responsible for all Below The Line Communications, including our Digital Menu Boards and Point of Purchase materials;
• You work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the advertising agency.
• You ensure a complete campaign follow-up: concepts, development of campaigns, POP development and check of languages ( French , Dutch , UK) all material & assets.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, including trade marketing and Copywriting;
• Fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken, and a good level in English;
• Digital nativity & experience in Digital Conversion;
• Creative yet practical problem solving skills can get you a long way;
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a high level of efficiency;
• Excellent knowledge of the entire MS Office Pack is a given.
