We are currently looking for a Master Data Administrator

Purpose

As a Master Data Administrator, you are responsible for the completion of files in SAP. You are in continuous contact with our internal employees. So, you ensure that new items are correctly placed in SAP and coordinate parameters with all departments.

From your master data role, you support projects that improve our processes. You continuously evaluate whether the setup in SAP is still in line with reality in terms of lead times and other parameters. You propose improvements and implement them together with your colleagues from other departments. Together with the people around you, you help build the organization of tomorrow!

In the Master Data Administrator role, you will have responsibilities like:

• Manage and maintain the master data for all our business units together with your colleague. You ensure that new items are correctly placed in SAP and coordinate parameters with all our departments.
• Handle the vendor (change) requests and approve them in the SRM module and SEPA direct debit handling.
• Analyse critically and report. Together with your colleague, you will keep an eye on certain Master Data KPIs / measurements. You and your colleague will build reports on, for example, supplier changes, quarterly blockages due to inactivity, lead time of supplier requests, creation of suppliers after receipt of invoice.
• You will interact with many different departments and help build the foundations of our company. We are at the beginning of multi-year plan regard to data project work. This can range from setting up a data dictionary and keeping it up to date to the implementation of a new version of SAP. So in addition to your work, you will be involved in various challenging projects in which you will take on different roles. So variety is guaranteed.

To execute the role in a proper way we are looking for someone with the following skills:

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• SAP and MS Excel hold no secrets for you.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and written.
• You have an eye for detail, work in a structured way and have an analytical mind.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You like to work in a small team and you can communicate effectively, both within the team and during projects.
• You can deal with a high degree of complexity, changes and evolving business processes.
• You have a proactive attitude and grasp challenges.
