Functieomschrijving:
a)
Writes, develops and reviews Standard operating Procedures.
b)
Responsible for the validate calibration of the measurement system / equipment.
c)
Calibrate the equipment and instruments (internal calibration).
d)
Follow up the external calibration.
e)
Reviews and approves equipment specifications.
f)
Study of measurement system such as bias and R&R.
g)
Metrological support to the different areas such as maintenance, engineering or process.
h)
Solve metrological problems of equipment, instruments or measurement of the production process.
i)
Studies to define the needed equipment ( Choice of the equipment ).
j)
Prepare an issue a special test report.
k)
Support the process team with SPC analysis.
l)
Administer program for the scheduling and documenting maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
m)
Develops and writes programs scanners.
n)
Develops and writes programs Tecnosens checking fixture.
