Job Description

  • As a national field sales manager for the Doctor’s detailing team you will manage a team of 8 reps
  • You will ensure that the Doctor’s detailing strategy as defined by the company is implemented by the team in their daily detailing activities towards GP’s
  • You will also critically assess the set strategy and come up with facts based potential improvements and/or amendments
  • You will translate the strategy into a tactical execution detailing activity plan for the team
  • You will follow up and monitor daily the activities and performance of the team through in depth analysis of the data provided by the CRM
  • You will coach each rep of the team to improve their performance where needed and lift them to their best version of themselves
  • You will foster and inculcate a team spirit
  • You will align with your peers National Field Sales Managers respectively of Independent Pharmacies and Key Accounts
  • You will report to the Manager of the Belgian Business Unit and through weekly reporting keep management informed on performance and progress of the team
