Your responsibilities

  • LAN management on Cisco routing and switching devices
  • Network Access Control with Cisco ISE
  • Provide load balancing services with F5
  • Manage DNS with Men & Mice (or bind in general)
  • Monitor and escalate WAN related issues and provide communication
  • Support WAN changes with the WAN provider
  • Work with Service Now (ticket system), following ITIL principles
  • Join your colleagues to perform on-call duty, usually one week per month
  • Planned weekend work and afterhours work required for changes
  • Make sure documentation about the network, processes, and procedures is always up to date

Your profile

  • You have at least 3-5 years of job experience with the relevant technologies (Cisco Catalyst, ISE; F5 Viprion & BigIP; Men&Mice DNS management; IT Service management system (preferred: ServiceNow))
  • You have experience from working at or with a service provider
  • You understand the importance of the network for the customer
  • You are fluent in English
  • Fluent in any additional language is an asset
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are self-organized and detail-oriented
  • You take responsibility and you are a team player.
