Are you ready to start as a Back of House Manager in Leuven?

Retailors, a subsidiary of Fox Group, is the proud operating partner for the legendary Nike sports brand in Europe. The Lead’s mission is to take a dedicated responsibility for overseeing and managing the back of house area to achieve commercial success.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Back of House Manager in Leuven:

  • Responsible for managing the back of house team to ensure products are unpacked in a timely manner and smooth operations are maintained.
  • Implementing a clear order and structure in the warehouse area to ensure efficient warehouse management and optimize workflow.
  • Support team members in the back-of-house area by identifying and eliminating weak points and promoting performance improvement.
  • Regularly check correct product availability in the system to ensure inventory accuracy and avoid potential errors.
  • Also performing front of house tasks such as cashiering, processing returns and complaints, and opening and closing the store.
