key responsibilities
We are looking forcandidate with 6 sigma profiles who should be able to :
- To work with influence at any level (tier 1, management, etc) so it is absolutely necessary to have a polyvalent person.
- Who has already worked in the pharmaceutical industry and who has GMP knowledge is a plus (but if not it is not blocking).
- Who doesn’t get discouraged at the slightest door closure. By one means or another he must succeed in doing his job.

- Stimulate co-workers and support relevant initiatives within BTO, aiming at working in a safer
- and greener environment
Quality & Compliance
- Comply to Policies and Procedures, in line with Patient Value Strategy and Principles
- Identify, collect and monitor all compliance and business risks; interact with QA to score it and
- implement an action plan, when justified
- Maintain frequently the quality (accuracy, up-to-date) of the data and information in the company OE Information Management Systems (BSC, sharepoints, …) to track OE activities and KPI’s
Operational Excellence
- Each Operational Excellence Coordinator is assigned to one or several departments within BTO, as OE
- SPOC (Single Point of Contact). However, they work as a team of experts and may be assigned to tasks in any department.
- Deploy Strategic Alignment within BTO departments using Hoshin Kanri
- Assist the BTO department heads in setting and managing their Balanced Score Card (BSC)
- Collect Improvement Ideas from every BTO employees in order to continuously feed and manage the Smarter Ways (SW) process (including SW budgeting, SW follow-up, SW valorization, SW reward and recognition, Global Smarter Ways Contest, SW reporting)
- Develop and maintain a challenging but realistic OE Roadmap at department level in collaboration with the department head, taking into consideration priorities, resources and budgets
- Ensure Performance Management is properly executed
- Train, coach and develop all BTO employees on OE tools, processes and culture (including Yellow Belt trainings (YB)) in order to make each department capable in the pursuit of Excellence
OE Business Process Management
- Contribute to improve continually OE activities governance, tools, process (feedback culture, digitalization transformation, lessons learned, …)
- Contribute actively to the OE community to grow OE competencies and culture within BTO
qualifications
Master’s Degree: chemistry, biology, engineering or pharma- 5 years minimum (Years of experience in the position / total )
- Leading others without direct supervision; ability to lead and work in small cross-functional teams, including remotely
- Change management (incl decision making, problem solving, conflict management, …)
- Excellent communicator, listener, negotiator, facilitator in a business & technical environment (excellent
- interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required)
- Customer and results oriented, continuous improvement oriented, sense of priorities, proactive,
- leadership, accountable, resilient, stress resistant
- Analytical: comfortable solving business problems and questions using data, working with numbers and drawing conclusions/finding patterns.
- Authentic and humble
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the different stakeholders, from shop floor to middle managemen

Expertise in Lean Management- Good Mindset : key point for the manager
- Experience in 6 sigma (who knows how to deal with databases)
- Autonomous (not much time will be spent on training)
- Language: EN nice to have ; FR mandatory (fully bilingual as field operators speak only FR).
