We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed employee to strengthen our KitchenAid organization in Belgium (Strombeek-Bever) as:

Operational Excellence – Project Analyst

KitchenAid SDA EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible resource to be part of the Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement team and to support the change management initiatives in KitchenAid EMEA Operations.

He/She will be supporting the Supply Chain & Operational team in developing complex projects, from gathering and defining of the requirements, to budgeting & planning and implementation. He will also support the business with the recurring continuous improvement activities, involving processes, systems and operations. This role is span across EMEA planning, logistics and customer service while also interacting closely with the Global SC team and the other global corporate functions, to make sure to leverage on the full set of skill set and resources of Whirlpool Corporation and share the improvements with all the organization.

Main Activities

Enable the Supply Chain Transformation Roadmap Implementation
  • Act as project leader for the projects in scope enabling and facilitating the delivery
  • Provide support in gathering and formalizing the requirements of the projects to streamline the execution
  • Clarify activities with timelines and accountabilities
  • Define milestones and identify critical paths in the project execution
  • Monitor budget and resources usage
  • Support the business function with implementation and change management
  • Be the gatekeeper holding business owners accountable of the delivery
Partner with functional business owners to facilitate continuous improvements initiatives
  • Support different improvement initiatives while defining indicators to track the activities results of the activities carried out
  • Facilitating the implementation of the outcome of the various initiatives
Process mapping and Root Causing
  • Supporting business functions in visualizing and formalizing their current processes, clarifying gray areas and identifying interdependencies.
  • Support business functions in designing the ideal state and formalizing the action plan for delivery
Create standards & Training materials
  • Create standards and training materials to allow best practices and operational procedures consolidation
  • Be the guardian of SC learning HUB
Requirements
  • You have a Master degree preferably in Engineering or Economics
  • You have 1-2 years experience in roles connected to improvement initiatives and project management or (or +3 yrs experience in supply chain)
  • You are familiar with the main concepts of the supply chain both in terms of processes and tools
  • You have great stakeholders management skills
  • Able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Team player & like being part of an international dynamic team
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
  • You have solid experience working with MS Office (Google Workplace is a plus)
  • Experience with reporting tools and services (SAP BI, Tableau, Datastudio) is a plus
  • You are an entrepreneurial person with strong analytical skills, putting the customer at the center of your efforts
  • You have strong communication skills both verbally and spoken
  • Lean & 6-Sigma, project management and supply chain certification are a plus
