Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst

Role Description:

Global Banking Operations (GBO) within EMEA has an exciting opportunity to expand join their EMEA Branch Operations team in Brussels or Amsterdam to cover the Operational related tasks for the newly established Luxembourg branch. Key responsibilities within this role will include:

• Provide support and share knowledge of Luxembourg business banking.
• Prepare and perform Luxembourg NFRR tasks.
• Handling of account openings, closures, incorporations, change of ownership from a local perspective and liaise with internal business partners on this where required.
• Provide support to the operational teams in Amsterdam and Brussels.
  

Once the Luxembourg branch will be operational, limited travel will be required for the role.

The Team:

The EMEA Branch Operations team, based in multiple branches across the European continent, provide support to our client facing colleagues and perform local operational tasks, such as the handling of client files, controls of account openings, closures, seizures etc.

We are looking to expand our team in the BeNeLux region to support the local operational teams in the Amsterdam and Brussels branch offices with the current daily work and in the future perform tasks for the Luxembourg branch with a focus on Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) responsibilities.

The EMEA Branch Operations team work closely with other departments within GBO and other lines of business within the Bank across the globe.

Core Skills:

• Fluency in French and English required, knowledge of Dutch would be a nice to have.
• Strong knowledge of, and business experience with Luxembourg banking regulations on accounts opening, local products, and NFRR requirements and processes required.
• Knowledge of or experience with cash management and treasury products, prior experience in operational banking processes preferred.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced international environment and have the capability to deal with tight deadlines and urgent ad hoc matters preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products in Belgium and/or the Netherlands would be a nice to have
