A leading independent green energy producer in the Benelux is looking for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Analyst to join its technical operations team. The company develops and operates large-scale solar and wind projects and integrates energy storage and EV charging infrastructure to ensure a continuous supply of clean energy. With over 350 active projects and a growing portfolio totaling nearly 1 GW of contracted capacity, this organization is playing a key role in the energy transition. It aims to save 1 million tons of CO₂ by 2027 and continues to expand in both existing and new markets.

The role:

As an O&M Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor the performance and health of solar energy systems, identify underperforming assets, and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to optimize production and ensure efficient operation through data-driven analysis.
  • Track and analyze long-term performance of solar installations
  • Detect anomalies and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Coordinate personnel and material planning for maintenance work.
  • Support scheduling of preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain oversight of ongoing technical projects and resource allocation.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Affinity with renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
  • Strong technical insight and service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with a pragmatic approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data processing tools.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
