Poco Loco manufactures in Roeselare a variety of tortilla wraps and chips, spice mixes and salsa. Their new factory opens in 2022. We are looking for production workers and process operators to support 3 new tortilla production lines. You will work in a weekly alternating 2-shift system with hours from 5:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 21:00.

This is a position for a fixed contract with an established, international organization. Poco Loco is offering an hourly rate of 15,53 euro, meal tickets and exceptional fringe benefits, such as dental and hospitalization insurance. You will be employed at a modern, brand new workplace. Your job will entail:
We will train you systematically and at each production line. You will start out with executional tasks at the factory line. We will support you as your responsibilities evolve towards a fully qualified process operator. We take your preferences and talents into account as we shape your role in our production facility.

You ensure a smooth production process:

• You operate and set up the machines
• You ensure that raw materials and packing materials are available
• You perform visual and quality checks

• Flexible

You can work in a 2-shift system. Your hours will alternate on a weekly basis and you will work from 5:00 – 13:00 or from 13:00 – 21:00.

You have a problem-solving attitude. When issues arise on the production line, you are keen to figure out the cause and find a solution to the problem. You want to contribute to a line of high-quality food products and support the success of our organization.

• Willing to perform physical labor

You have a hands-on approach, know how to get things done and can lift products up to 15kg.

• Motivating compensation

We want to make you part of the team as soon as possible and will propose a fixed contract from the start, without temp period.
