Om onze Gentse activiteiten te ondersteunen, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een
PROCES OPERATOR VOLCONTINU (M/V)
Als Proces Operator word je tewerkgesteld in de afdeling waar men Saflex produceert.
Saflex is een gespecialiseerde PVB-folie die wordt gebruikt om gelaagd of gelamineerd glas te fabriceren. Je doorloopt een opleidingsprogramma om over de verschillende arbeidsposten van een productieteam te roteren. Je wordt ingeschakeld in een volcontinu ploegensysteem. (vroege, late en nachtploeg) Je stelt je garant voor de strikte toepassing van onze voorschriften inzake veiligheid en milieu.

Dit is wie je bent
 Opleidingsniveau: TSO of bachelor (electro-) mechanica, chemie, procestechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
 Leergierigheid en hands-on mentaliteit zijn vereisten om succesvol te zijn in deze job.
 Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent resultaatsgericht.
 Je bent een teamspeler met zin voor initiatief.
 Je wil meewerken aan kwaliteit en continue verbeteringen.
 Een heftruckbrevet is een pluspunt.
