Curious to know how things work in one of the largest FMCG players? Do you want to experience how the first months at P&G look like? This is possible in 1 day during our P&G Inhouse Experience Day!

This year our event will be held face 2 face again and through our interactive program, you will become familiar with Procter & Gamble, the people working there, the culture and the job/internship opportunities that P&G offers in many functions such as Brand Management, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will meet many P&G employees who will answer all your questions and tell you why they chose to join Procter & Gamble. Through this event you will have an introduction on different functions and career pathsat P&G and with a team of other applicants you will participate in an interactive challenge.

Finally, at the end of the day you’ll have the possibility to have more informal conversations during an amazing dinner with our colleagues and ask all the questions you still have.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?

  • You are currently a Master student, graduating this academic year
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for winning
  • Ability to show effective leadership, to solve problems and to set priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
  • Proficiency in English, some positions require proficiency in French or Dutch


Application process:

  • Step 2: Once the application is complete, you will be invited to pass our online assessments consisting of 2 parts: Peak Performance Assessment ( ± 20 min) and Interactive Assessment ( ± 25 min). More details on the assessments are available here
  • Step 3: If successful, you will be invited for a first video interview with one of our P&G colleagues (± 1 hour). More details on our interviews are available here .
  • Step 4: We will let you know our final selection of attendees and provide the details of the event.
  • Step 5: After the event, you will be able complete the final steps of our recruitment process with 2 interviews.
