What you’ll be doing:
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of EMEA marketing programs aimed to increase demand generation for partner-developed BI & Analytics solution offerings. You will shape how we activate and enable our strategic reseller and embedded partners (companies that OEM Tableau) to package and take Tableau-powered analytics solutions to market and fuel scalable marketing programs through content development, joint customer case studies, event planning, and campaign execution. You will match your deep expertise of the EMEA partner ecosystem with a clear understanding of Tableau and Salesforce’s business objectives. Acting as the primary marketing contact for the EMEA Reseller Partner Management Team to develop and execute regional marketing plans. This role requires an enterprise-focused mentality, cross-team and organisational collaboration, excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for driving leads, and the ability to develop compelling thought leadership focused on business transformation initiatives.
Develop messaging and create high-impact content in support of partner solutions, working in collaboration with WW partner marketing, product marketing and audience marketing teams.
Partner with sales teams to develop compelling sales plays to grow pipeline and revenue from partner-led solutions; scale the intake, enablement, and promotion of these by working in partnership with regional partner development managers.
Align with Salesforce’s partner team and Salesforce’s strategic consulting partners to drive demand generation through executing joint partner marketing activities.
Maintain a budget and monitor partner utilisation of Partner Marketing Funds (PMF).
Use Tableau to analyse lead flow while constantly exploring and testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.
Continually analyse and track program success. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against investments.
Who you are:
Experienced: 5+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing, partner marketing in high-technology companies, ideally in cloud and/or enterprise software space. The ideal candidate will have managed marketing for a large EMEA partner (reseller) for 2+ years.
Partner-Focused:Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem. Experience working with EMEA and regional ecosystem partners.
Enterprise Technology Experience:Background in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.
Program Builder:Understand how to formulate EMEA partner programs that can be executed regionally.
Solution-Selling Mindset:Ability to identify customer pain points and address them with compelling messaging and content development.
Excellent Communicator:Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influence key decision-makers.
Analytical:Experience collecting/interpreting data from a variety of sources to make solid business recommendations. Expertise in Excel and Tableau.
Agile:Very strong in planning, operations through taking an agile project management approach.
Innovative & Impactful Partner Marketer: Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner led marketing offerings and continue to develop new approaches.
Energetic team player:Enthusiastic, positive, and passion for the business.
