About Our Client

Our client is a top high end fashion brand with international presence. The EMEA office is based in Brussels (Av Louise).

Job Description

As Payroll Business Partner, you will

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and manage the payroll calendar
  • Deal with all ad hoc inquiries from team members as well as local tax and governmental agencies
  • Benchmark local benefit offers in place and make recommendations to HRD
  • Ensure we are compliant with local regulations
  • Ensure your HRprocesses are written and updated with a contingency plan in place
  • Manage the relationship with external payroll providers
  • Be a change agentfor the digitalization of all administrative processes
  • Ensure all files are up to date and maintained
  • Proactively participate in the implementation and upgrade of new/existing HRIS
  • Support the HR Business Partners on day-to-day communications
  • Complete monthly and annualHR reports :turnover, headcount, recruitment & mobility, ...

The Successful Applicant

The successful Payroll Business Partner has the following profile:

  • Curious, Agile, Empathetic
  • Business mindset, solution oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, attention to detail
  • Experience needed in fast-paced and customer-centric environments (retail, hospitality, FMCG...)
  • English is an absolute must; French/Dutch required.
