HR and Payroll Specialist - Global Leader in Climate Control Technologies

Mechelen, Belgium

We are a Global Leader which employs 3500 staff across 30 countries. Our innovative air treatment technologies mean that we are pivotal in providing climate control solutions in mission critical environments including pharmaceutical, food, chemicals and much much more.

Due to record years in 2020 and 2021, our Benelux HR and Finance Team is expanding with a requirement for a Bi Lingual HR and Payroll Specialist (Dutch and French) to support the Benelux Business Controller and the Benelux HR Manager. You will act as an integral part of the team with 2 colleagues in Belgium and 3 in the Netherlands assuming responsibility for the Salary and HR administration for both regions, hence the requirement for Professional Dutch and a good level of French.

We are looking for an individual who already has a strong grasp of Belgian Payroll and is keen to enhance their knowledge and experience of the Netherlands as well whilst also growing their HR career further.
