Our customer provides HR services to customers in Belgium and abroad supporting them in the set up and development of their activities in Belgium.

Job Description

As Payroll Team Coordinator, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • You lead and guide the team composed of payroll consultants
  • You ensure a smooth internal organization so that all services are delivered on time
  • You are responsible for budgets, KPI’s, rentability of activities in your scope
  • You maintain productive relationships with some customers in order to ensure qualitative service delivery
  • You regularly liaise with the Area Manager in order to develop the company on the market
  • As a people manager, you inspire and coach your team members so that they can achieve their goals with the necessary tools and trainings

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills:

  • You have experience with payroll related responsibilities combined to a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • You have a commercial flair and you are service oriented
  • You enjoy coaching and supporting peers and team members making sure they have the necessary tools and trainings to be successful in their job
  • You create a positive working environment in the office and ensure team spirit is constantly present
  • You maintain constructive relationships with customers and visit them together with your team members making sure they get the necessary support and services
  • You have a hands-on mindset and are known for your ability to coach, inspire and motivate people
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
