Reinvented Entertainment is a live event entertainment booking service, with the very best live entertainers / MC’s, dancers and DJ’s.
Reinvented Entertainment has a large network of talented artists to ensure the best performance quality provided by us to our clients. Reinvented Entertainment offers a tailor made entertainment for hire, from professional entertainers performing at private and club house parties, diners, annual ceremonies, trade shows, festivals, birthday parties, wedding ceremonies, PR-events. We help to find the best dancers worldwide from all styles: hip hop, house, Club, Gogo dancing, Modern, Contemporary, belly dancing etc.
For one of our artists, Reinvented Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant. Duties will be both personal and business related. Candidates must be available 24/7 as this is a lifestyle role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage personal and social calendar for the artist including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, interviews and appointments
• Everyday assistance with food, travel arrangements and professional/social plans
• Coordinate travel, accomodation, restaurants for executive and artists
• Researching projects or ideas
• Drive the artist to and from meetings, video/photo shoots, appointments, etc. (when needed)
• Interact with staff, artists, and high-level visitors in person, by telephone or email
• Arranging personal bookings and appointments as well as assisting with all personal duties including; house and office errands

Skills:
• Understand social media
• Marketing experience
• A driving license.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work with people, initiative when trusted with sorting out complicated or flexible situations and arrangements
• Ability to take orders and follow them
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with time
• Quick-thinking
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times.
• Work independently and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
