Who we are?

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. If you are looking for a job or an assignment in Belgium in one of these sectors, then we are able to help you!

Who are we looking for?
  • Higher technical degree preferably in industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of English is required
  • Five years of recent experience as a supervisor or superintendent
  • Five years of recent experience in chemicals, Petrochemicals
  • Engagement of a year minimum
What will you do?
  • Your activities are diverse focusing on supervision and coordination of all piping/mechanical activities on site
  • You are proactively involved in the project’s construction phase
  • You are supervising the progress of the project (contact with subcontractors, construction supervision…)
  • During each step you guard, estimate and plan for the budget
  • You are responsible for making sure every activity is in line with HSE standards.
  • You make sure there is alignment between different engineering departments
  • You prepare facilities for the planned construction works
