A global leader company in the packaging (injection moulding processes) industry, based in the East of Antwerp, is looking for a Plant Operations Director to oversee the plant.

As Plant Operations Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being in charge of Operations & Production, Maintenance, Quality and Continuous Improvement through various projects
  • Providing strategic insights to improve production, maximising its performance and profitability
  • Motivating the team in achieving targets, and supporting it during changes
  • Working in harmony with Supply Chain in order to manage the supply and demand planning runs in time with production
  • Helping the company modernize the way they indulge in operations and building the strategy behind
  • Implementing the growth according with the organisation’s plan

The ideal candidate for the position of Plant Operations Director holds a master’s in Industrial Engineering, and several years of experience in this function - especially in injection moulding.


Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
