???? What you’ll do:

✅ Carry out mold and color changes independently

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues fast

✅ Monitor and fine-tune production for flawless results

✅ Collaborate closely with Production & Quality teams

Monday to Thursday: 05:00–13:00 and 13:00–21:00

Friday: 05:00–12:00 and 12:00–19:00

???? What you bring to the table:

  • Several years of experience in a similar technical role
  • In‑depth knowledge of injection molding machines (KRAUSS MAFFEI, ARBURG, DEMAG, ...) and industrial robotics (SEPRO, WITMAN, ...) – you have the insight needed to set up, reconfigure, and optimize them
  • Familiarity with 5S, problem solving, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and process optimization
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English or French both spoken and written
