At the Tubize site

In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission

  • Project Governance
    • Establish and maintain project governance structure
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards
    • Facilitate project steering committee meetings and document outcome
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist project manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
    • Provide Dynamic planning method to project (PERT)
    • Support scheduling and resource allocation for projects (method & tool)
    • Track project deliverables and milestones (OTD)
    • Alert on impacting deviations
    • Monitor Project log (action, decision)
  • Risk Management
    • Consolidate risks and mitigation plan through Risk register
    • Monitor risk management activities across project(s) and report findings
    • Anime risk sessions review
    • Assist on Risk scenarisation in Schedule plan
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
    • Support project manager over project documentation, including charters, plans, and process guides
    • Ensure project documentation is completed, stored, and easily accessible via KPI tracking
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessions
    • Create templates or maintained it
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Identify and manage internal stakeholder relationships and needs
    • Facilitate internal stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions
    • Sustain stakeholder involvement throughout the program lifecycle
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Develop and distribute project(s) status reports to stakeholders
    • Maintain effective communication channels among team members
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for the project(s)
  • Training and Support
    • Provide onboarding, training and support to project teams on PMO processes and tools
  • Tool Management
    • Maintain and support the use of PMO software and tools
We are looking forward to

  • You have at least 7 to 10 years’ experience in a PMO position in an international and technically demanding environment
  • You can master Excel, agility with Microsoft suite (for e.g. Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
  • You have a knowledge in the following activities: CRM, Power BI is a plus.
  • You are autonomous and rigorous with analytical skills to interpret sales data (and how to improve process)
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills
  • You are able to work in cross-functional teams and you are a real team-player
  • You are fluent in French (and/or Dutch) + English (mandatory)
  • You are open to work from Tubize
