Stuvex International is a renowned company in its industry that offers a wide range of industrial explosion protection systems. Stuvex Int. is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of explosion protection systems. In addition, it also supplies accessories for the protection against dust explosions of all kinds of processes. Stuvex Int. has about 30 employees and is active worldwide through branches in Nantes and London. To further strengthen the Stuvex team in Kontich, we are looking for a Project Manager

You will end up in a company where participation and personal development are important. The team of project managers and technicians works together on various projects, with the aim of guaranteeing the safety of the plant, the machines and the people at our customers.

If you would like to work in a job that matters, active in different sectors, we expect you to:

• Manage several small projects and ensure that they are all delivered within budget, timing and

contractual conditions.

• These projects are followed up by you from start, quotation, until commissioning.

• You are also responsible for the correct administration and subsequent calculation

of the project.

• Manage the documentation of the technical functionalities without any problems so

that the systems can be adapted to the specific needs of the customer when necessary.

• From your position you help to optimize the internal operational procedures

• Short trips are not an issue for you: 30% of your time is spent on site visits mainly in Belgium,

the Netherlands, Northern France.

What does Stuvex International expect from you as a Project Manager?

• You have a Master’s degree with affinity for electronics and controls and you can

already present an experience in project management, ideal between 3 and 5 years

• Good knowledge of CAD software is a requirement, knowledge of MS Navision is a plus

• Without problems you can read a piping and instrumentation diagram (P&IDs)

• Overview, organization and setting organization and setting priorities are among

your key competencies

• You can estimate the wishes and interests of the customer, understand, if necessary

you can discuss feasibility within a project

• Even if everything seems to go wrong, you keep a cool head and you can manage your

team of technicians in a hands-on way

• Both to customers and to technicians, subcontractors and others you communicate

in a clear way

• You control, both spoken and in writing, Dutch and/or French and English. Knowledge of

German is an asset

• The reporting to the Senior Project Manager is clear, timely and transparent.
