Port Logistics Specialist – Belgium (Zeebrugge & Antwerp)

We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to support our operations in Zeebrugge and Antwerp, serving as the on-site coordinator for inbound and outbound automotive shipments. This role ensures seamless collaboration between port authorities, transport providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee vehicle arrivals, storage, and outbound release

· Manage documentation, customs clearance, and damage reporting

· Coordinate with vendors (ICO, AET, Marine, etc.) and support freight forwarding

· Provide real-time updates and vehicle verifications

Requirements:

· Fluent in Flemish and English

· 3+ years of experience in automotive logistics or port operations

· Strong coordination and vendor management skills

· Valid driver’s license preferred; must be mobile between both ports
