What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for someone who wants to strengthen the heart of our commercial organization and wants to excel in an international working environment as Pricing Analyst by continuously delivering business and commercial insights to improve the performance of our products and services through data. You will report directly to the CFO, with the following responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsibility for gathering, monitoring, analysing, interpreting, and reporting commercial data from various sources
• Provide insights on general business trends and Cinionic’s competitive position in the market, which allows the leadership team to make strategic decisions
• Deliver incremental gross profit through supporting our Sales department with building their commercial strategy: from selection of business model, product mix to pricing and customer presentation via data
• Conduct in-depth (ad hoc) analyses around different topics, such as pricing, total cost of ownership etc., to provide insights into business performance
• Create and manage key commercial and pricing models and tools, such as calculators, to help the sales and strategic marketing teams work more efficiently

Your Profile

• Excellent analytical skills to work with complex data
• Your project management abilities and strong reporting skills make you stand out in organizing commercial processes
• Strong communicator, who’s able to interact with stakeholders from different departments
• International mindset, fluent in English and flexible to work with different time zones
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to keep moving forward in an ever-changing business and international landscape
• Self-motivated, self-governing, organized, and with strong attention to detail

Your experience

If you’ve got these in your background, we should talk.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• You have experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment
• You are data driven and have experience in data analysis, data modelling, and automation
• You are highly skilled in Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools., knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
