Are you passionate about creating the best & most relevant products for our CBU customers? The current market dynamics truly challenge all telecom operators to both up their game when it comes to delivering the best customer experience but on the other hand continue to create value certainly in a context of heavy investments (Fiber or 5G) or market disruption (cord cutting). In this role, you will actively play a role in defining the portfolio of the future both on the short but also on the mid & longer term.

You will become part of the Pricing competence center within the Consumer Segment Marketing, responsible for the portfolio management of mobile or convergent propositions in the residential and the Small enterprise market (Flex, Mobile including 5G evolution, Cord cutter proposition, Fiber options, Bizz All-in, …).

As the Pricing & Solutions Specialist, you will have following key responsibilities:

  • Follow customers’ needs evolutions, new trends and International benchmarks. Anticipate and initiate necessary portfolio and pricing moves (new launches/adaptation existing offers/stop-selling) in order to maximize the value for the Group
  • Participate in co-creation initiatives with customers, different Value segments withing CBU (Family, Price seekers, Youth and Small Enterprise) in order to create relevant value propositions
  • Argue strategy, supported by a solid business case in order to validate it with your key stakeholders (Value proposition teams, finance, regulatory, legal, product management, sales).
  • Initiate implementation in line with product manager, follow-up launches in the months which follow and compare product performance to the defined ambitions.

Profile

  • A strong solution thinker, not afraid of thinking out of the box
  • Analytical mindset in order to maximize rationalization of business decisions
  • Financial acumen is a plus
  • Team-player & cross-departmental collaborator
  • Presentation skills and the ability to address all layers in the organization

Skills

  • Excel proficiency
  • Powerpoint storyteller
  • You have a higher education diploma (min. Bac)
  • You have a good knowledge of French and Dutch
