Versterking van het Engineeringsteam

Your day-to-day activities ...

Tijdens een inwerkperiode zal u ingeschakeld worden in de dagdagelijkse praktijk van een vlot draaiend productieproces. Hiertoe zal u gedurende een bepaalde periode meedraaien in een volcontinu ploegensysteem. Dit moet u toelaten om vanuit uw eigen domein inzicht te verwerven in aanverwante domeinen (chemie, mechanica, elektronica, voeding) zodat u de specifieke samenhang met andere processen begrijpt.

Na deze inwerkperiode verwachten we dat u de bedrijfsdoelstellingen ivm veiligheid, klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en people management kunt vertalen naar onze productieomgeving en wordt u ingeschakeld in projecten als proces ingenieur voor nieuwe investeringsprojecten of tot optimalisatie van het productiegebeuren.

• Hogere opleiding – master niveau : Bio-ingenieur e.g.

• Een eerste ervaring in de procesindustrie (2 à 5 jaar)

• Een goede technische feeling gecombineerd met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.

• Zelfstarter die het beoogde resultaat bekomt.

• Flexibele ingesteldheid met een open geest voor verandering en opportuniteiten.

• U bent internationaal georiënteerd en heeft een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
