Your Title:Process Improvement Officer (Salesforce)

Job Location: Belgium, Ieper or Leuven (hybrid work model)

Our Department:Trimble Transportation

Join our team as a Process Improvement Officer, and step into the exciting world of crafting cutting-edge technology solutions through dynamic projects!

What You Will Do

  • Testing of new set ups of processes and products in our test environment and supporting in finding new solutions
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify process re-engineering priorities
  • Find ways to make existing processes faster, more accurate, more efficient and more reliable
  • Being involved in Salesforce communications regarding internal changes
  • Responsible for Salesforce training of new sales employees + refresh trainings
  • Communicate with the customer, as well as between the various internal departments (sales, order desk, production planning, support, planning)
  • Processing and follow-up of the placed order
  • Preparing invoices
  • Reviewing of contracts (cancellations, renewals, changes)

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Advanced level of Dutch, French and English; German language will be an asset
  • Several years of experience in administrative and in analytical tasks
  • Quick insight into systems and you have a talent for establishing mutual relationships
  • Advanced in computer applications. Knowledge of Google mail/docs and/or Salesforce and/or Netsuite, Oracle is a plus.
  • Higher education diploma, preferably related to business and economic studies
  • Interest in technical products
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to deliver various of tasks and being enthusiastic and positive with a good dose of team spirit
