Operational efficiency is a key performance indicator for the Power Technique Service Division. We are searching for a Process Operations Manager to lead a team of Business Process Experts and to work closely together with the Vice President Operations and Technical Support.
As Process Operations Manager you hold a key position in the Power Technique Service Division with focus on operational excellence for both our direct and indirect operations. It’s your responsibility to define, develop and implement processes, solutions and best practices in the area of CRM (Customer relation management – sales process) and Service To Close into our entities which will lead to improvements in operational efficiency and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will define the processes and projects together with Divisional management and the local organizations, have them implemented, organize/conduct training, visualize through business intelligence and follow through assisting the Customer Centers focusing on process implementation and alignment.
Mission
This role includes but is not limited to the following activities:
Define, develop and maintain a highly efficient and agile operational model covering both the direct and indirect sales channels and full product portfolio of the PT business area.- Define and map operational process flows, standard operational procedures and best practices leading to operational excellence.
- Lead the implementation and harvesting of the SAP Act! service template and C4C ensuring the requirements are met.
- Support the Customer Centre in implementing best practices for their organizations.
- Provide systems and processes making it easier for our Customer Centers to ensure a better service and quality for superior Customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that current systems and processes are aligned and maintained
- Proactively seek for continuous improvement in the Customer Centre operations
- Development and monitor an easy set of KPI’s to support operational excellence and transparency
- Further develop, implement and maintain the Mobile Solution for technicians Project to create further efficiency in the Customer Centers
- Define, develop and implement sales efficiency processes in Customer Centres (e.g. quoting, lead generation, configuration, …) contributing to pro-active sales
- Ensure IT involvement in finding and developing solutions to further improve relationships and alignment of processes and applications within Atlas Copco.
- Collaborate closely together with product marketing, business systems and technical support team to have a smooth introduction and efficient process on new developments
- Play the role of the customer and customer centre from operational point of view in divisional developments

What we expect of you?
Experience and personality requirements
Preferably you have worked several years in a Customer Center or Division with systems and processes that support our direct and indirect service organization. Or you’ve had a profound, matching experience in a similar environment.
Implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs
Be passionate about the service business, strong sense of urgency and understand that a competent and motivated organization drives great results.

Knowledge
The candidate shall have excellent command of English and other languages are an asset.- Knowledge of SAP and C4C is an advantage.
