Every good investment product starts with a good idea. The road from such an idea to a launched product is often quite a hike for our teams. As a Product Developer, you lead the way.

Sometimes this means developing new funds or investment portfolios together with colleagues. Sometimes you challenge an existing solution or select a third-party fund. The starting point is always the same: how can we best cater to the needs of our clients?

You will be a valued member of the Solutions Development team at KBC Asset Management: market leader in asset management and an ambitious part of KBC Group.

• You support the development of new investment solutions from initial idea to launch.
• You contribute to the creative processof these product launches: brainstorming with colleagues, discussing with counterparties, screening ideas, …
• As you grow in your role you will gradually take on all the different steps of the process, including pitching the ideas and discussing with distributors.
  

• You are interested to learn (or deepen your knowledge) about financial markets, investments and investment solutions. Prior experience is a plus, but not a must.Whatever your experience, we will provide you with training and coaching tailored to your needs so you can take a smooth start.
• You’re great at organising and enjoy working together with others. This helps you to achieve goals as a team and to work towards solutions in a structured way.
• The fact that you would work with people from different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, is something that appeals to you.
• You communicate effectively in English.
• You have a masters degree.
