Product Manager

A company active in the Insurance sector is currently looking to hire a Product Manager to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in life insurance and knowledge of digital products, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in supporting the growth of the business.

Your main responsibilities as the new Product Manager will include:

• You are responsible for the development, management and adjustment of life insurance products suitable for the direct market
• You respond proactively, quickly and adequately to the insurance needs of the customers
• You are the first to be informed of all developments and trends on the market
• You look for ways to optimize the digital experience of customers
• You participate in the launch of new products as well as with commercial actions
• You are also constantly looking for possible partnerships to make the products more attractive to customers
• You dive into the numbers to optimize the company’s sales, conversion and expiration figures
• You work in close collaboration with actuaries to continuously improve profitability

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and you have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have a relevant experience in digital product management
• Insurance technical knowledge is an asset (technical, legal and/or actuarial)
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English
