Job Description

Location: Hybrid – Belgium

Giftify is a fast-growing multinational FinTech, revolutionizing how people gift and spend with our white-label gift card solutions tailored to shopping centers and retail hubs. With over 400 clients across Europe and the MENA region, and active expansion into APAC, we’re on an ambitious journey to redefine payments with a customer-first mindset and strong product DNA.

As we scale, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to own and grow our gift card product ecosystem. This is not just another PM role: it’s a key leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, drive innovation, and grow with Giftify.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Giftify’s gift card and prepaid products, driving long-term value and market leadership.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, sales, compliance, and operations to align product goals with business outcomes.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption, positioning, and performance of products across regions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging insights and data to refine product direction and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation in all product developments, particularly in regulated markets.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience & Expertise

  • 5–8+ years of end-to-end product management experience
  • Deep understanding of scheme-based payments, private-label card systems, and digital wallets.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Experience working across multiple regions is a plus (EU, MENA, APAC).

Leadership & Growth Potential

  • Strategic thinker with strong ownership and a founder-like mentality.
  • Comfortable engaging with executives and influencing cross-functional decisions.
  • Capacity to lead a small team of product managers

  • Data-driven with strong commercial and analytical instincts.
