What do we do?

Qualifio is a fast growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by over 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, MediaMarkt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Decathlon etc). They are using our platform to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences via creative interactive experiences. About the job

Responsibilities related to the martech ecosystem

Working with the Product Owners on

  • Market analysis: researching and sharing insights on market trends, understanding market needs and wants based on our internal knowledge and translating them into product and business insights
  • Competitive intelligence: understanding the competitive landscape, creating and maintaining competitor information (battle cards, competitive responses...)
  • Product expertise: studying the company’s products and serving as an “evangelist” to promote adoption and usage

Responsibilities related to existing and prospective customers

Working with the product, marketing and sales teams to

  • Manage the messaging and positioning: craft/develop the product narrative, positioning and value proposition (per sector and persona) and ensure that this messaging is used in key external facing assets such as blog posts and the website, as well as other collateral our sales teams use
  • Support the commercial team: develop and maintain product knowledge material, including sales presentations, success stories/business cases, internal documentation, training and enablement sessions...
  • Go-to-market: create internal or external marketing plans for new feature/release launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of those plans
  • Develop compelling contents that articulate the benefits of our features: blogs, videos, web content, landing pages, webinars, presentations... from idea generation to content execution, including translations where applicable
  • Track ROI: measure, report on campaign KPIs, analyse the outcome of initiatives and optimise the product marketing efforts
  • Develop remarketing/promotion strategies for existing features to support the retention of customers

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a degree in Management or Business engineering with a focus in Marketing (or equivalent through experience)
  • You are data-driven
  • You are fluent in French and English (we are an international company, this is our preferred language for communication). Spanish is a plus.
  • You are highly organised, rigorous & a multitasker
  • You are passionate about digital, the consumer journey and technical news
  • You have good writing abilities
  • You are resilient, team player and have a trouble shooter mindset
  • You have a great capacity to adapt and are not afraid to join a company where things change quickly
  • Proactive, you don’t hesitate to share your opinion, to bring ideas and to implement them
