Your mission

The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for the eCommerce store and will act as a product owner. He/she drives the development of the platform and ensures revenue goals are met while delivering an optimal customer experience. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales Operations EMEA/APAC.

What would your role look like?

  • You build the platform vision aligned with business objectives and create a roadmap.
  • You partner with the technical teams to deliver on the roadmap and meanwhile also supervise the development and bug fixing activities.
  • You create a high-level website and mobile app functionality and keep the interface easy to use, speedy and secure with the support of IT colleagues.
  • You oversee the look, feel and design of the interface, work closely with web design agencies or in-house development teams to get the interface and structure that suits the customer journey best.
  • You collaborate with Digital Marketing to develop focused campaigns, effective SEO and attractive content to increase traffic and generate growth.
  • You monitor web analytics and internal data sources, analyse conversion and customer retention numbers, and continuously apply the learnings to improve the platform.
  • You work with eCommerce, Channel, Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to explore new online business opportunities.
  • You create new selling strategies and models (content subscriptions, enhanced navigation, product selectors, personalized experiences, etc.) to grow engagement
  • You build a training plan and create the training material needed for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You monitor all incoming and outgoing requests for the product in time for timely product releases.
  • You continuously liaise with other regions ecommerce teams to ensure a global alignment in the development of the platform, share learnings and best practices.
  • You manage and coach an eCommerce Specialist in charge of the daily maintenance and administration of the platform.

Profile?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 3-5 years of eCommerce experience with in-depth knowledge of leading commercial eCommerce platforms, both with a business and technical capacity.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce lightning is a strong plus, familiarity with other Salesforce products is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), any other European language is an asset.
