La division « Polyurethane » de Dow Chemical offre une opportunité en tant qu’un opérateur de process à l’usine de Tertre, Belgique.

Si vous souhaitez apprendre notre processus de fabrication de A à Z et évoluer, nous vous proposons un poste avec des perspectives de développement intéressantes.

Responsabilités

  • Avec son équipe, il/elle est responsable de la préparation des matières premières et de la réalisation des opérations de fabrication suivant les procédures et les recettes de fabrication établies.
  • Il/elle se chargera aussi bien des opérations de chargement et de transfert (déchargement des matières premières, chargement des camions de produits finis) que du contrôle de processus.
  • Pour assurer la qualité, il/elle prélève des échantillons et effectue des analyses simples en laboratoire.
  • En cas de dysfonctionnements, il/elle intervient en prenant les actions nécessaires et documente celles-ci.
  • Il/elle exécute les tâches qui lui sont assignées par le contremaitre ou un responsable conformément aux règles de sécurité de l’entreprise.

Qualifications/ Compétences

  • Diplôme A2 technique (par exemple en Chimie/ mécanique/ électro mécanique ou équivalent)
  • Avoir une méthode de travail fiable et responsable, rigoureux et organisé.
  • Esprit logique et capacité à analyser et résoudre des problèmes.
  • Connaître et appliquer les normes de sécurités propres à l’entreprise et être prêt à porter des équipements de protection individuelle.
  • Avoir un esprit d’équipe, être ouvert et inclusif.
  • Forte orientation vers la sécurité et le travail en équipe.
  • Bonne connaissance du français (l’anglais est un plus).

Remarques supplémentaires

Plusieurs de nos emplois exigent de porter des équipements de sécurité tels que respirateurs autonomes, protection auditive, lunettes de sécurité et des chaussures de sécurité.
