The Stream Lead CPS & Change Management leads, manages and is end-to-end responsible for the delivery of 2 of these HR Unite projects (CPS transfer & Change management)

• 
  defining the scope and potential local challenges, as well as the project plan from the perspective of benefits, cost, timing and quality;

• engaging with stakeholders and decision makers at the highest professional and executive levels to ensure long-term sponsorship, involvement and commitment, both locally and globally;

• analyzing complex problems; identifying and negotiating possible solutions with all parties involved; providing strategic advice to internal business partners for decision-making;

• ensuring timely and quality completion of all milestones by proactively monitoring evolution, resolving risks and issues, and initiating corrective actions as needed;

• Manage the budget for the projects within the scope of the program manager and follow up on the business case as the program evolves. Ensure timely availability of required resources within HR, Tech, Risk, other functions involved and on the vendor side;

• Balancing consistency between global standards and design principles and local regulatory requirements, as well as impact on employee and manager experience;

• Coordinating with global program and project managers, global risk functions, project managers in other countries and local stakeholders;

• Managing the supplier management aspects of the program and ensuring communication with stakeholders;

• Identify change management needs and solutions for the projects in scope;

• Ensure day-to-day management of project teams; Clarify roles, responsibilities and project governance; Manage interdependencies between projects.

• University degree or equal through experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience in international program or complex project management; as well as content expertise in areas of change management.
• Experience with outsourcing projects is a plus.
• Keen and proven interest for process management, user experience and technology.
• Able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues from the various functions.
• Able to build connections with multiple different profiles, cultures and nationalities.
• Able to take up accountability while delegating to colleagues.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to proactively identify and manage risks.
• Good written & spoken communication skills in English, Dutch and French.

Timeline: October 2023 – September 2024.

Location: Program team is based in Brussels. The team works virtually most of the time and meets in the office once or twice per week.

Short-term travel might be required occasionally.
