Job Description

Join our team as a Project Leader, where you’ll collaborate closely with our Program Manager to oversee various projects across Flanders. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you’ll take charge of operational tasks within program management while spearheading multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Primary Duties Will Include

  • Assisting the Program Manager in the day-to-day management of programs to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are met efficiently.
  • Taking responsibility for project management aspects such as scope, budget, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Orchestrating a diverse in-house technical team, inclusive of requisite technical experts, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients and external entities, including regions, municipalities, local residents, and other partners.
  • Coordinating and overseeing feasibility studies, permit applications, and tender documentations.
  • Chairing internal and external coordination meetings to ensure effective communication and progress.

Qualifications

Profile / Requirements :

  • Demonstrable experience ranging from 2 to 10 years, with assigned project complexity commensurate with experience level.
  • Proven track record in Project Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, coupled with a penchant for accuracy, methodical work approach, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch with passive knowledge of French.
  • Strong interest in the rail sector
