Join Nexans as a Project Manager for 525 kV DC Accessories

Location: Erembodegem, Belgium (with international travel)

Your Mission: As a Project Manager for Accessories, you will be at the heart of our strategic R&D and business development projects. You will work closely with our teams in Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain to ensure the success of our initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the R&D and industrialization phases of the 525 kV DC accessories project.
  • Cross-Site Collaboration: Facilitate communication between project teams in Erembodegem, Cortaillod, and Valladolid.
  • Manufacturing Oversight: Monitor the production of HVDC accessories and ensure quality standards.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with Vulcanizados to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Strategic Development:

  • Long-Term Planning: Contribute to the definition of the 5-year strategic roadmap.
  • Market Analysis: Support strategic decisions with your research.
  • Growth Strategy: Help drive the growth of the Accessories Business Unit.
Operational Support:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Process Optimization: Improve operational efficiency.
Your Interfaces:

  • Internal: Project teams, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership.
  • External: Strategic suppliers, consultants, and industry partners.
