For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager in IT to drive the elaboration of IT business requirements.

Location:Brussels

Languages:ENG (mandatory) and Dutch / French (good to have )

Employment Type:Permanent or Freelance

Start date:ASAP

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum of six years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Manager in IT-related projects or within other large organisations involved in international IT systems integration (e.g. banking sector, health care sector),
  • Experience with designing and/or supervising large IT systems integration projects
  • Expertise with IT projects involving authentication, identification, data security and role management
  • Expertise in optimization of processes through digitalizing workflows
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to translate IT jargon into mainstream language
  • Ability to think strategically about the long-term development and improvement of IT systems

Requirements:

  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and consultative skills a must
  • Experienced in Agile Project Management methodologies and techniques
  • Passionate about good Project Management practices and willing to share his/her experience
  • Experience in working with the broader Higher Education sector in Europe
  • Ability to think strategically about the long-term development and improvement of IT systems
