For a Client that creates innovativeB2B stands for fairs/event and that Designs and/or Refurbishes new spaces in the Retail& Pharmacysector we are looking for a Project Manager strong technically and in Interior Design ;

  • Do you have a First Experience as Project Manager?
  • Do you have Dutch language skills?
  • Do you have a technical background in Architectural or Interior Design equivalent by experience

Then have a look at the responsibilities ;

As a Project manager you will have a full overview of the project and act as a SPOC for the clients and ensure a correct fulfillment of the project .

While having a good relationship with our suppliers ; you do not only advice technically the team, but also advise on the interior design decision based on the design plan !


This job allows you combine your technical skills and Design !

  • Participating in project estimation (deadlines, budget, action plan) and putting together a concrete project plan ; statement of work
  • Ensuring that the Design plan is correctly carried out and respected following the design standards
  • You technically advise and chose the correct Design/Material following your proper Design recommendation ; you chose the chair, the flooring etc...
  • Defining and validating with the client the project baseline: scope, resources, timeline and budget
  • Managing and being accountable for project baselines: scope, timeline, resources, budget and risks
  • Managing suppliers relations and ensuring they respect the deadline accordingly
  • Participating in client requirement analysis and project definition(resources and scope)
  • Identifying and analysing the constraints and risks
  • Ensuring coordinationbetween internal teams engaged in the projects
  • Defining and following up on the scheduleand the quality of the deliverables
