The project Manager will lead the development effort for company’s projects based in Zeebrugge. You will manage the development process for the project, coordinating efforts of both internal ( COO/CEO ) and external resources including Design and Construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, consistent with established goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineer or M&E,
  • more than 10 years of work experience in the same position; completed industrial real estate projects in the whole process.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with overseas cooperation units without barriers.
  • Possess engineering management, technical management, financial management, quality management, cost budget management knowledge, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, planning organization, communication and coordination and time management skills.
  • Good business awareness, awareness of goals and results, excellent negotiation skills, team leadership, and professionalism.
