Who are we?
Qualifio is a team of 75 colleagues who are all passionate about Digital Marketing. Our HQ is in Louvain-la-Neuve, close to Brussels, Belgium and we also have offices in Madrid, Paris & Amsterdam. We have over a decade of experience in interactive marketing and data collection and a unique work culture built on strong values.

What do we do?
Qualifio is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by over 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, MediaMarkt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Decathlon, etc). They are using our platform to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences via creative interactive experiences. We are in a very exciting period as we are launching a new and second hyper complimentary product: Qualifio Loyalty, an interaction-based loyalty platform.

About the position*
Qualifio studio is a service Qualifio proposes to its clients: based on a concept, a copy and a design provided by the client, Qualifio produces a campaign from A to Z (design and content). We are looking for a second Project Manager Studio to join the Design and UX team.
Key Responsibilities

  • You act as the point of contact between the clients and the design team (9 people)
  • You manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • You ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • You measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • You participate in the product evolution by providing hands-on product feedback based on your projects

Who you are

  • Both creative and a bit geeky.
  • Bachelor degree and at least 2 years of work experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • Fluent in both French and English. Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Result- and data-oriented.
  • Organized and multi-tasker, ability to learn on the fly & grasp technical concepts.
  • Proactive, team player and eager to grow. You don’t hesitate to bring ideas and to implement them.
  • Being familiar with Facebook Business Manager/Meta Business Suite & Google analytics
  • Passion for what you do
